Our proactive approach is to first conduct a needs assessment in order to make the best recommendation of our services. We then customize our service to fit the need of each client.

Our Basic Services include:
Flexible Temporary Staffing – As staffing shortages occur we find the right talent to fill that need. Use flexible staffing as part of your company’s objective in meeting peak workloads. It just makes sense!

Short Term Staffing We provide a flexible work force dedicated for special projects or assignments for a limited time.

Long Term Staffing Many of our clients need workers for long-term or open-ended assignments. The advantages are that Staffing Partners keeps payroll records, pays all local, state, and federal taxes, pays worker's compensation insurance, pays for holidays and vacations, and submits W-2 forms. The employer is spared having to worry about these payroll issues.

Temporary to Hire Temporary to permanent positions may turn into regular full time jobs when good fits are found between the employee's performance and employer's requirements. We have the ability to attract excellent employees and some of those employees are very interested in temporary to hire assignments.

Payrolling Service This service allows the client the flexibility to recruit new workers to perform services or take currently employed individuals and payroll them through Staffing Partners.

Dire Hire Placement - Some of our clients ask A Plus to find specific types of skilled employees for immediate full time employment.  A Plus can target and evaluate top individuals in the marketplace to fill your organization's most vital positions for an agreed upon placement fee.

A+PLUS on Premise
When large numbers of temporary employees are assigned to a single company in one location, we will provide a staffing manager to work on site to streamline order fulfillment, verify attendance, prepare timesheets, provide management reports, interpret policies, monitor performance, counsel temporary employees, terminate and recruit as necessary.
